Custom-Made Orders

  • No Refund: Custom-made abayas are crafted exclusively for you based on your specific preferences. Therefore, we do not accept returns for custom-made orders unless they deviate from the original order in terms of size, color, material, or design.
  • Exchange Policy: If your custom-made abaya deviates from the original order in terms of size, color, material, or design, we offer exchanges to ensure you receive the correct item.

  • Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the abaya must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Standard Orders

  • Return Eligibility: Standard orders may be returned if they meet our return conditions outlined below.

  • Return Conditions: 
    – The item should not have been worn outside, laundered, or have any scents such as perfume, colognes etc.
    – The product must remain in pristine, unworn condition, with no modifications or alterations permitted.
    – The product should be returned with its original packaging, including all labels, tags, and packaging materials.

Color Discrepancy

Please note that the color of the abaya in the store image may vary slightly from the actual product due to camera effects, lighting, or monitor settings. We strive to ensure that the colors displayed on our website are as accurate as possible; however, variations may occur.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

  • Return Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage for your return shipment.

International Returns

International returns are permissible only if the abaya meets our return conditions. Rubab Dubai Abaya is not responsible for any exchange charges, shipping costs, or taxes paid while placing the order and only responsible for original item price.

How to Claim a Return or Exchange

  • Initiating a Claim: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@rubabdubaiabaya.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  • Providing Evidence: Please provide photographic evidence of the defect, discrepancy, or incorrect item to facilitate the return or exchange process.

Refunds and Exchanges Process

  • Refund Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  • Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you promptly, subject to availability.

  • Ineligible Items: Items not eligible for return or exchange will be returned to the customer. If any return procedures are not followed, a shipping fee will be applied for returning the item to you.
